new person can join more then one project & plan at same time in a month
s/he can take Higher
Earning.and another last thing...
your posting must bring some business that means in
your first week of joining
you are supposed to
bring Minimum joining/sales as per your plan requirement (i.e 3,4,5)
New
joining`s...after first week u r required to posting or send msgs & manage
your Team only...
from 2nd to 4th week
you will supervise your team so that they can achieve their targets in time ...
